Yeah, they were pretty hopeless when a friend of mine needed them a few years ago. Did they say how long the referral would take? xxx

thanks, but it's pretty much what i expected... i've mostly given up on shrinks actually being any help, i'm kinda just... i dunno, doing it because i should?
